Versace Bright Crystal LIMITED EDITION Review

I have always been a faithful Issey Miyake perfume user until recently when I was introduced to this limited edition Bright Crystal by Versace fragrance during the holiday season...  This new version comes in a beautiful blue and pink ombre jewel cut bottle with an extra sparkling blue crystal cap.  

At first, I was hesitant to try the fragrance as Versace is well-known for their heavy scent which is unsuitable for my sensitive nose.  Surprisingly, Bright Crystal by Versace is a very light yet fresh floral fragrance...

This fragrance gives me a refreshing and sweet fruity scent that lingers throughout the day.  It is very wearable and I think it is perfect for the warm and humid weather in Singapore.  Also, the fragrance did not turn “sour” or smell different after a long hot day in Singapore.  In the same way Chanel No.5, CK One and Issey Mikaye dominate the perfume shelves at stores, I believe this perfume is going to be just as timeless with its unassuming freshness…  I particularly like the perfume’s juicy pomegranate and yuzu undertones that work wonderfully well in any season.

The Cleanser - Little Drops of Heaven

This is a wonderfully light and refreshing botanical cleansing gel in a multi-fruit acid (AHAs) base.  It is enhanced with powerful free radical scavengers Green Tea extract, Vitamin C and soothing Aloe Vera Kola Nut extract.  It provides deep cleansing and promotes the skin's ability to fight free radicals with natural ingredients to soothe the skin.

This oil-free foaming cleanser thoroughly removes excess sebum, surface impurities and makeup without harsh rubbing. Formulated with the soothing properties of sucrose, it is ultra gentle and will not upset the complexion, even with frequent use.  Overall, it is a thorough yet gentle cleanser that works well to remove excess facial oil.

Benefits:

A powerful anti-oxidant cleanser that thoroughly cleanses all skin types with a non-irritating wash. It gently exfoliates while soothing skin with nutrients.

Applications:

Use twice a day. Pump a small amount onto fingertips and apply sparingly over damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions to create a rich foaming lather. Rinse thoroughly with a generous amount of warm water. It is always best to finish with several extra splashes of water to leave skin feeling fresh and toned.
